I used the services of Dan May to sell my house in Redondo Beach.  Dan advised me to fix up the kitchen, paint the interior/exterior of the house, spruce up the landscaping and hire a staging company.  Dan supplied me with several contractors in order to get a competitive bid.  He not only got a good deal, but managed the entire process.  This helped me a lot because I am not very handy nor I am sure what is needed and what is just extra.  In the end, the house looked fantastic and sold within less than a month!  His services are truly "turn-key"!
